Honestly, go snack on some of mama’s homemade blueberry muffins and you will get a feel for this brew.  For the short time I was surrounded by this beer I felt as if there was fresh blueberries in my presence the entire time.  Found this unique beer in the back of a wine fridge while vacationing in Florida and decided to give it a taste.  By the way, I am writing from Naples, temp 73 degrees.  It is -15 back home in the cities, so pardon my excitement.  I enjoyed this beer as the sun set with the best of family and friends and couldn’t ask for a more relaxing experience.  Thanks fam!

At first pour this blohhohhhohhhberry beer was cloudy and straw colored with a 1/2 finger white head and vigorous carbonation.  Its smell was dominated by its fruity aroma, particularly fresh blueberry and hops.  I am not crazy about fruit dominated beers, however, this brew does smell pretty damn good.  You are probably expecting me to explain its blueberry flavor.  Well, of course blueberry is the strongest flavor in this brew, but what I am trying to say is it doesn’t taste artificial.  It really has a quality fresh blueberry flavor that sits on the tongue extraordinarily well.  It also is accompanied with a hoppy zing and fruity aftertaste that seem to work well together.  I cannot say this taste it brilliant, but this brewer has done a great job of making this a true tasting blueberry wheat beverage.  Now adding all of this pizazz with a wheat style beer makes myself enjoy it more because I love the way a wheat beer finishes on my palate.  The aftertaste is blueberry and goes down smooth with a little zest.  Fun if you like fruit beers.  I have now written the word blueberry 10 times, need I say more?
